Welcome to the new year! We will soon be putting out the first statement of the year and you will now be able to pay the statement online! Here is a visual walkthrough of what it will look like.
You will get an email from us
So long as we have your up to date email you will get a statement email from us. We will still be sending out mailed statements. This email may end up in your junk email, so be on the look out for it. This is what the content of the email will look like:
Click the blue 'view your statement' button:
This will take you to the create a profile page. It will auto populate your email from the link that you clicked, you will need to fill in the rest. It will not give you a space for a password. You will be sent a temporary password to your email after you click create account. If you already have a profile for making appointments with us you do not need to create a new one. You just have to go to the returning user login link in the right upper corner:
Log in
When you have pressed the create account button/ returning user login button you will be redirected to our user login screen. For our first time users this is where you will enter your email and the temporary password that you were sent (for our returning users it is where you will enter your email and regular password). After you log in for the first time you will be automatically redirected to a screen to change that temporary password for one you create:
Home page
This is what you will see after being logged into your profile. It will allow you to book appointments with Dr. Olson or Dr. Jorde and manage any appointments you have. It will also allow you to manage your payments:
Pay your bill
After you click the Manage my Payments tab it will direct you to the statement page. You will be able to see any outstanding statements that need to be paid. This won't populate until after we have sent your first email statement. Once this email has been sent you will be able to see any outstanding balances owed to the clinic. There is also a tab here for any receipt of payment to the clinic. Click on the blue make a payment button:
How to make the payment
This screen will populate on the screen for payments. It will have an outstanding amount section and it will also have a pay other amount section. The other amounts section is mainly used if you wish to make a partial payment to your bill:
When you have put in the amount that you wish to pay and press the blue next button it will populate the screen to enter your CC/Debit card information. Enter the details of the card that you wish us to take the payment from and hit the blue submit button:

You have successfully made your payment online! For any future statements you will just log in as a returning user or you can access it through our patient portal link here on our website.
